The ORL series Radar level transmitter uses microwave radar waves to measure the level of liquids or solids. It sends signals that reflect off the surface, with the time taken for the signal to return used to calculate the level. Advantages include high accuracy, non-contact measurement, and reliability in harsh environments.
The ORL series Radar level transmitter transmits and receives ultrashort microwave impulse with very short emission energy through antenna. The radar wave moves at the velocity of light. The moving time can be converted into substance position signal through electrical components. A special time-extension method can secure stable and precise measurement within very short time.
The ORL series radar level gauge has made use of advanced technologies including continuous frequency modulation over the most effective microwave band (9.5GHz – 10.5GHz) and software to safeguard collection and processing of effective signals. Coupled with an integrated design, it has significantly improved accuracy of the system.
