The OUF-W series wall-mount ultrasonic flowmeters use sound waves to measure fluid velocity. By sending ultrasonic pulses through the liquid, they calculate flow based on the time it takes for the pulses to travel (Transit-time type). Advantages include non-intrusive installation, high accuracy, minimal maintenance, and suitability for various pipe sizes and liquids.
The OUF-W series Wall mount clamp on type ultrasonic flowmeter is composed of converter with clamp on type sensor.
Simply attach the clamp on type sensor to the surface of the pipe to complete the flow measurement of various liquids, compared with the traditional flow meter, it does not need to cut off the tube, the installation is convenient and fast, realizing the non-destructive installation.
No need to cut pipes for installation and it does not cause pressure loss.
Wide pipe range, the OUF-W series can measure between DN15-DN6000 pipes.
Wide temperature range, the OUF-W series can measure from -30℃-160℃;
Multi language user interface: The flowmeter has LCD Display and Menu with four languages: Chinese, English, Italian and French
Built-in 32K memory: Store up to 2000 lines of measurement data, use of matching measurement data analysis of statistical software, process measurement data, as tabulation, statistics, data analysis, data screening, print statements, production flow curve.
The flowmeter can become a BTU meter when installed with one pair of temperature sensors.
